18 MIO Init

All HP Printers...

This problem is network related and must be handled by the person in charge of your network. Your network person should first turn the power off on the printer and then reseat the MIO card (pull the card out and then reinstall it). Also reseat the cable connecting the MIO card to the network. Now turn the printer back on.

If this does not remove the error, then your network person should replace the MIO card (contact D/I to purchase a new MIO card). If replacing the MIO card does not remove the error then the network itself may be at fault and needs to be checked by the network person.

Remember to TURN POWER OFF on your printer whenever adding or removing the MIO card. If you do not, you may destroy the card.

If the above does not remove the error, then contact D/I for further help.
