If this does not remove the error, there is a slight chance the error is caused by paper feed problems. Check your paper and paper trays. Open a new ream of paper and substitute this fresh paper for that currently in your printer.
If the error persists, there is a slim chance the cartridge may be at fault. Replace the cartridge. If the error is no longer present and the "defective" cartridge is a D/I LaserProducts cartridge, contact D/I for a free cartridge.
If none of the above removes the error, contact D/I for assistance.
