80 MIO Failure

All HP Printers...

We have found the majority of these problems are network related and must be handled by the person in charge of your network. Your network person should first turn the power off on the printer and then reseat the MIO card (pull the card out and then reinstall it). Also reseat the cable connecting the MIO card to the network. Now turn the printer back on.

If this does not remove the error, then your network person needs to either replace the MIO card (contact D/I to purchase a new MIO card) or else check the network itself and how the printer is being addressed.

Remember to TURN POWER OFF on your printer whenever adding or removing the MIO card. If you do not, you may destroy the card.

If the above does not remove the error, then contact D/I for further help.
