2/16/98 -- D/I LaserProducts of Dallas moved into their new facility today, located at 116 Hillside Drive
in Lewisville, Texas.

Gus Delany, President & CEO said “This building shows our continuing commitment to provide
excellent service for laser printers to the DFW Metroplex.”

Mr. Delany also announced that the new facility should serve the company’s needs for the next
7-10 years.

D/I LaserProducts has been in business since 1984 and has grown to be one of the premier service
companies for laser printer needs.

The company, in addition to service, also manufactures their own brand of laser toner
cartridges. These cartridges must conform to strict guidelines in order to be used in their
“LaserCare” service program. If OEM guidelines cannot be met, the company uses OEM cartridges
rather than sacrifice quality.
